Little Bit About Me!

I have two rare chromosomal abnormalities: functional neurological disorder (FND), epilepsy, autism, and severe obsessive-compulsive disorder. Mum says these are my super powers, but I say I have my fair share of challenges, just like we all do, right?

When I was nine years old, my mother taught me how to crochet as a way of keeping my hands and my mind busy. It took me three years to learn to make one square! One square led to two, two led to three, and before long, I was considered a talented crocheter. Wow, who would have thought, and BAM, here I am introducing myself to you. Welcome to my blog.

Crocheting is one of my greatest loves; can you guess what my other passion is (other than my family)? Animals! all shapes and sizes, it doesn’t matter to me; my life revolves around my love of animals and nature. I am so privileged and grateful to live with my family on a beautiful 15-acre property in the Noosa Hinterland, Queensland, Australia. Mother Nature circles me every day, and I have a newfound respect for the connected and integrated lifestyle I get to live that allows me to access the bounty of biodiversity and beauty within nature.
